Exceptional patient care and transportation service is what Doctor's Ambulance provides. Providing Basic Life Support (BLS) Interfacility, Specialty Care Transport, Emergency 9-1-1 Transportation, and Event Medical Staffing.
Highly trained Emergency Medical Dispatchers (EMD) who answer all calls in the Emergency Communications Center (ECC) will be able to immediately assist you. Should a medical emergency be present at the time of the call, our staff will be able to render help over the phone.
During this time an additional dispatcher will locate your call and dispatch the nearest ambulance to your location using our computer aided dispatching system. All ambulances are outfitted with global positioning systems (GPS) that allow the dispatcher to know their exact location, speed and direction of travel with a few clicks of the mouse.

Doctor's Ambulance provides complimentary patient assistance for residents located within our primary 9-1-1 service areas. These services include lift assistance up from the floor, stabilization up / down stairways and assistance in and out of personal vehicles.

SPECIAL EVENTS
If your event should require staffing of Emergency Medical Technicians and ambulance services, Doctor's Ambulance can help. Past events have included football games, car races, marathons, 4th of July Celebrations, and other large public gatherings. Doctor's Ambulance is also available to respond to school events or provide Ambulance Walk-through and Dial 911 Training for children.

BLS / INTERFACILITY TRANSPORTATION
Patients requiring Basic Life Support interfacility transportation needs can call upon Doctor's Ambulance for service. We provide transportation from a patient's residence to medical facilities and hospitals and from hospitals and medical facilities to home. Doctor's Ambulance is committed to a 30-minutes or less response time for interfacility transportation.

SCT - SPECIALTY CARE TRANSPORTATION
Patients requiring Advanced Life Support, Specialty Care Transport/ Neo Natal Transport or Respiratory Care Transport may call upon Doctor's Ambulance. We provide transportation from medical facility to medical facility for those patients who require the highest level of care. Our Emergency Transport staff consists of two (2) Emergency Medical Technicians and one (1) Emergency Transport Nurse that are capable of transporting patients on ventilators, heart monitors, chest tubes and IV pumps. Doctor's Ambulance Service is committed to a 60-minutes or less response time for SCT requests.

9-1-1 EMERGENCY TRANSPORTATION
IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A LIFE THREATENING EMERGENCY DIAL 911 IMMEDIATELY.
Doctor's Ambulance Service provided Emergency 9-1-1 Transportation for the Orange County Fire Authority and Laguna Beach Fire Department. Our primary Emergency 9-1-1 Response Area includes the cities of Aliso Viejo, Dana Point, Irvine, Laguna Beach, Laguna Hills, Laguna Woods, and Tustin.
Doctor's Ambulance was awarded the 9-1-1 contract for the Cities of Laguna Niguel, Rancho Santa Margarita, Lake Forest and San Juan Capistrano. We will begin emergency response September 1, 2009.
We also provide mutual aid responses to the Newport Beach Fire Department and other cities throughout Orange County.
